On-demand event
badge printing software

Print professional name badges directly from your check-in kiosk — no pre-printing, no alphabetical sorting, no wasted stock. Each badge prints in seconds when a guest checks in.

How badge printing works

Scan in. Badge prints. Walk in.

When an attendee scans their QR code at the check-in kiosk, RSVPHost immediately sends a print job to the connected DYMO printer. The badge rolls out within seconds — no staff needed to sort through pre-printed sheets.

1
Guest scans QR code

The kiosk verifies the registration and confirms attendance in your dashboard.

2
Print job sent automatically

RSVPHost pulls the guest's name, company, and role from their registration record and sends the badge layout to the printer.

3
Badge ready in seconds

The DYMO printer outputs a clean label badge the guest can peel and stick onto their lanyard or badge holder.

🖨️
DYMO printer support

Works with DYMO LabelWriter series connected to your kiosk device via USB. No specialist hardware required.

Seconds, not minutes

From QR scan to badge in hand takes under 10 seconds. Keep entry lines moving at even your largest events.

♻️
Zero pre-printing waste

Only print badges for guests who actually show up. No more pre-printed sheets for no-shows cluttering the registration desk.

🎨
Registration data on badge

Name, organisation, role, and QR code are all pulled from registration data — no manual input, no typos.

FAQ

Badge printing questions

Which DYMO printers are supported? +
RSVPHost supports DYMO LabelWriter series printers connected via USB to the kiosk device. We recommend DYMO LabelWriter 450 or 550 for high-throughput event use.
Can we pre-print badges for VIP guests? +
Yes. Admins can trigger a badge print for any registered guest directly from the dashboard — useful for VIP packs or lanyards prepared in advance.
What information appears on the badge? +
The badge includes the guest's full name, company/organisation, role or ticket type, and optionally their QR code. The layout is configured in your event settings.
Do walk-in guests get a badge too? +
Yes. When a staff member adds a walk-in guest from the kiosk or admin panel, a badge is printed for them immediately — same process as pre-registered attendees.
