Vendor management questions

Can a vendor participate in multiple events? +
Yes. Vendor accounts are global — they exist at the platform level, not tied to a single organiser. A vendor can be invited to multiple events by multiple organisers and manage each participation from a single login.
Can we control what vendors can see or edit? +
Vendors can manage their own profile, product catalog, and view their booth on the floor plan. They cannot see other vendors' data, access your admin dashboard, or modify event settings.
What happens to a vendor's account if we close their event access? +
Their global vendor account remains intact. You are only revoking access to the specific event participation. Their catalog and profile are preserved for future events.
Can vendors upload product images? +
Yes. Vendors can upload product images from their portal. Multiple images per product are supported, along with variants for size, colour, and other attributes.
